Stipend

All selected CTIs will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 50,000. The stipend will be paid through cross cheques or bank transfers. Payment will be released only after attendance verification.


Leave Rules

  • Two casual leaves allowed per month.
  • No other leave type is admissible.

TA/DA

  • No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance is allowed.

Contract Terms

  • Placement is purely temporary.
  • It can be terminated anytime due to poor performance.
  • The placement is college specific. No transfer is allowed.

Joining Time

Candidates must join within 7 days after the issuance of placement orders. If not, the offer will be cancelled.


Regularization

The placement does not confer any right of regular employment. It will not be converted into a permanent job under any condition.


Experience Certificate

Prohibition of Union or Association
